I offer private 1:1, partner, and small group sessions, available both in person and online. These are personalised experiences created to support you exactly where you are, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

For those seeking movement and wellbeing support, sessions can include yoga tailored to your individual needs — whether you’re brand new to yoga, building strength and flexibility, recovering after injury, exploring more advanced postures, supporting pregnancy or postnatal wellbeing, or simply wanting to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Alongside yoga, I also offer nurturing and transformational sessions such as sound healing ceremonies, tarot and oracle readings, ritual guidance, and what I lovingly call spiritual cheerleading — intuitive support, encouragement, and gentle guidance to help you reconnect with your power, trust yourself, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

For couples, friends, families, or small groups, shared sessions can be a beautiful way to celebrate, connect, heal, or simply spend meaningful time together.

My approach is warm, grounded, and supportive, weaving together movement, energy work, mindfulness, and soulful connection to help you feel stronger, calmer, clearer, and more aligned.
